For Kanchan Cashmere, traceability is not a decorative claim. It is a working discipline that follows the garment from yarn selection to production lot, from swatch and prototype to knitting, linking, washing, finishing, inspection, packing and shipment.
A luxury cashmere garment should carry more than softness. It should carry a clear route — the yarn partner selected, the quality chosen, the shade and lot reviewed, and the production stages controlled with care.

Every program begins with a defined yarn route. Supplier, article, count, shade, dye lot and availability are reviewed before the production calendar is confirmed.

Factory Control
Traceability continues inside the factory.
Once the material route is confirmed, traceability moves into production. Swatches, prototypes, size sets and bulk production are connected to the same development logic so the final garment can be understood through its material and making history.
