1. Pricing

• Prices are quoted on FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) basis.

• Sampling is charged at 1.25× the production price.

• Prices are negotiable for orders exceeding the minimum order quantity (MOQ).

• Final prices may vary due to:

  • Fluctuations in yarn costs at the time of order placement.

  • Variations in the final garment weight compared to initial specifications.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Samples: No MOQ.

• Production Orders:

  • Minimum 10 pieces per color/style.

  • Minimum 30 pieces per style.

3. Lead Times (On-Time Delivery)

• Samples:

  • 7–11 days for basic styles.

  • 7–21 days for designer styles.

• Production Orders:

  • 21–31 days for small orders.

  • 31–61 days for larger orders.

4. Payment Terms

• Orders below USD 10,000: 100% advance payment by bank transfer at order confirmation.

• Orders above USD 20,000:

  • 50% advance by bank transfer at order confirmation.

  • 50% balance payable 7 days prior to shipment.

5. Conditional Weight

• The final garment weight may vary within a tolerance of ±3% to 5%.

6. Quality & Workmanship Assurance

• Yarn quality: 100% guaranteed.

• Workmanship: 97% standard, with an accepted tolerance of ±3%.

7. Governing Terms

• By placing an order, clients agree to abide by these terms.

• Kanchan Cashmere reserves the right to revise prices, policies, and lead times in response to material costs, market conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Any disputes shall be addressed under the prevailing laws of Nepal, with Kathmandu as the jurisdiction.
