Commercial clarity
Commercial Framework
Baseline terms covering MOQ, sampling, production, payment, packaging and export delivery. The issued PI and signed agreement govern each order.
Minimum order quantity+
Standard MOQ is 30 pieces per style, with a minimum of 10 pieces per colour. Final feasibility depends on yarn, construction, approvals and delivery timing.
Sampling lead time+
Sampling is normally 7–14 working days for 1–3 pieces per style, subject to yarn availability, construction complexity and timely buyer feedback.
Bulk production lead time+
Bulk production is normally 35–45 working days, with a ±5 working-day tolerance after all approvals, confirmed materials and production readiness.
Payment framework+
Orders up to USD 25,000 require 100% advance payment. Orders above USD 25,000 require 50% advance and 50% before shipment, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Quality and approvals+
Production follows the approved sample, measurement specification and confirmed workmanship standards. Final inspection is conducted to AQL 2.5 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Release
Final QC, packing approval and payment clearance.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and airway bill as applicable.
Dispatch
DHL Express, FedEx or an agreed buyer-nominated freight route.
Tracking
Shipment references are shared after carrier handover.
