Each production lot is recorded with its dye-lot number, cone IDs, and swatch-code references, allowing us to monitor shade consistency and gauge behavior across the entire order. All knitting, linking, finishing, and packing data is archived digitally, creating a complete traceability chain that ensures transparency, accountability, and long-term manufacturing reliability for every client program.
