Quality Assurance
Luxury knitwear controlled from incoming yarn to final shipment through disciplined inspection, documented approvals and AQL 2.5 final audit.
Quality by design
Quality is controlled throughout the process.
Our quality system begins before knitting. Yarn article, count, lot, colour, handfeel and condition are reviewed against the approved programme. Construction, measurement, linking, finishing, trims, packing and final presentation are then controlled against approved references.
Final inspection
A disciplined release standard.
Final inspection is conducted at AQL 2.5 using General Inspection Level II unless otherwise agreed in writing. The audit covers workmanship, measurement, shade, labelling, packing and carton accuracy. Failed lots are held for rework or 100% re-check before re-audit.
